What attracted you to our hospital? There was very little public relations/marketing being done at BRMH when I was asked to help in this area. It was challenging, yet fun to promote the people, programs and services.
What would you like people to know about your department? Actually, it is two departments: Public Relations and Volunteer Services. With one full-time assistant, we are responsible for all of the publicity/marketing for the hospital, whether it’s press releases, ads, newsletters, billboards, flyers, etc., and we work with most all departments. We also work closely with our Partners of BRMH volunteer organization and are actively involved with their many fund-raisers, health education programs, scholarships, volunteens, and much more.
