What attracted you to our hospital?  The Admin team that interviewed me gave me insight into the goals and direction of the hospital. Their strategic direction had an aggressive growth plan for the hospital to provide more services to the community and improve the physical plant. They demonstrated a real concern for delivering the highest quality of care while recognizing the need to be prudent in spending the customer’s money. The growth plan and the concern for the well being of the Black River Falls community are the things that attracted me.

What would you like people to know about your department?  Our departments are service departments that support the operational areas which deliver care to our customers.  We will deliver our services in a timely, accurate, friendly, and professional manner.
